Etiquette is forever changing and keeping up with the times.  Part of modern etiquette is how we conduct ourselves behind our phones, pads and computers. 

Employers are now taking the steps to check potential  employees social media to gain an insight and understanding into candidates. 

​What does your social media say about you?

• ​Use social media with a positive intention.
• Don’t compare yourself to others, stay true to who you are.
• Regularly check and clean up your feed if you need to.
• Don’t be afraid to block anyone that is negative or aggressive.
• Ask friends or family to check the content of your social media account.
• Limit your time on social media, connecting physically is a better practice.
• If you are having a bad day, speak to a friend, family, partner rather than posting it.
